Scope

What this role owns inside the operating system.

Weekly business and operating reviews for active rollout customers.

Adoption, escalation, and workflow health across customer teams.

Feedback loops between customer evidence, product, and implementation.

Responsibilities

Run practical customer review cadences around operating outcomes, not vanity usage metrics.

Identify adoption blockers and coordinate resolution with implementation and product owners.

Package recurring customer needs into clear product and workflow evidence.

Support expansion readiness by documenting what is working and what still needs ownership.

What helps you succeed

Experience in customer success, operations, implementation, or account management for complex B2B products.

Strong meeting discipline, follow-through, and comfort with operational detail.

Ability to speak clearly with frontline operators and senior leadership.

Bias toward evidence, ownership, and clear escalation paths.

Fleet operations command center with dispatch screens and trucks visible outside.
