Terms for evaluating and using FleetPulse.

These terms explain how teams may access FleetPulse, evaluate workflows, connect operational data, and use the service responsibly.

These Terms govern access to FleetPulse websites, evaluation workspaces, product demonstrations, and subscribed services provided by FleetPulse Operations Pte. Ltd. unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Document structure

Plain terms for fleet governance.

This page is written for evaluators, workspace owners, implementation teams, and reviewers who need clear responsibilities before connecting fleet systems.

Contract, compliance, security, DPA, and privacy requests may be sent to legal@fleetpulse.co, security@fleetpulse.co, dpa@fleetpulse.co, or privacy@fleetpulse.co as appropriate.

02

Service scope

FleetPulse provides fleet operations software for monitoring vehicles, route pressure, service readiness, fuel variance, driver safety context, and operational reporting.

The service may include websites, dashboards, evaluation workspaces, product demonstrations, implementation support, integrations, documentation, and related support channels.

If a customer signs an order form, statement of work, data processing addendum, or master services agreement with FleetPulse, that signed document controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

03

Accounts, users, and access

Customers are responsible for authorizing users, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining credential security, and promptly removing access when a user no longer needs the service.

Users must provide accurate account information and may not share credentials, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use FleetPulse outside the customer-approved scope.

FleetPulse may suspend access if use creates security risk, violates these Terms, or could harm the service, another customer, or operational data integrity.

04

Customer data and integrations

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, authorization, and operating policies that apply to fleet, route, driver, vehicle, maintenance, fuel, telematics, and reporting data submitted to FleetPulse.

Customers must ensure they have the rights and notices required to connect third-party systems, import operational records, or use driver-related context inside FleetPulse workflows.

FleetPulse may process customer data to provide the service, operate integrations, troubleshoot issues, support implementation, improve reliability, and generate customer-requested reports.

05

Acceptable use and safety

Users may not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, scrape or reverse engineer non-public functionality, upload malicious code, or use FleetPulse to violate law or third-party rights.

FleetPulse provides operational decision support. Customers remain responsible for dispatch, safety, employment, compliance, maintenance, and commercial decisions made by their teams.

Recommendations, scores, alerts, and reports should be reviewed by trained personnel and interpreted alongside customer policies, local requirements, and field context.

06

Fees, subscriptions, and service changes

Paid use is governed by the applicable order form or subscription terms, including fees, billing frequency, renewal, taxes, usage limits, and payment obligations.

FleetPulse may update features, documentation, APIs, integrations, or user interfaces over time, provided material changes do not substantially reduce the purchased service during the active term.

Support, implementation services, service levels, and onboarding activities apply only when included in an order form, statement of work, or written FleetPulse commitment.

07

Intellectual property, confidentiality, and feedback

FleetPulse and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, documentation, models, workflows, templates, and underlying technology.

Customers retain rights in their operational data. FleetPulse may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve reliability, benchmarking, security, and product performance.

Non-public business, technical, pricing, security, and implementation information exchanged during evaluation or service delivery should be treated as confidential.

08

Disclaimers, liability, and termination

Except for commitments in a signed agreement, FleetPulse is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, FleetPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Either party may end access according to the applicable order form. FleetPulse may retain records as required for security, compliance, billing, dispute resolution, and backup integrity.

09

Governing process

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before either party starts a formal dispute, the parties should first escalate the issue through their commercial, implementation, or governance contacts and allow a reasonable period for executive review.

FleetPulse maintains security and data processing documentation for customer review during evaluation, procurement, or renewal. Requests for a DPA or security review should be sent to dpa@fleetpulse.co or security@fleetpulse.co.
