Translate operating pressure into phased rollout plans with clear acceptance criteria.
Coordinate data integration readiness, customer training, and go-live decisions.
Capture rollout evidence that helps product and customer operations improve the next deployment.
What helps you succeed
Experience leading B2B SaaS, logistics, fleet, or operations technology implementations.
Ability to run structured customer conversations with dispatch, service, finance, and leadership teams.
Strong project discipline without turning implementation into heavy bureaucracy.
Comfort working across Jakarta, Singapore, and broader APAC customer contexts.
